Pick a module. The Well module holds everything about the well; PVT, IPR and VLP read the active well's reservoir conditions, completion, trajectory and tests from it, and IPR and VLP read the PVT tables the PVT module sends.
Everything is saved to your Obsigold account on the server. Download a backup to keep a copy beside your files, or to move the project to another account.
